My journey as a self-care coach began with a powerful mission: to spread happiness and, in doing so, to live into my own.
I am passionate about helping moms rediscover their confidence, identity, and joy.
A few years ago, despite my love for my work, family, and business, I felt overwhelmed and out of balance. Giving so much to others left little space for self-love or self-care, and the joy I once felt began to fade.
Realizing I needed a profound change, I committed to restoring my peace and fulfillment. Through simple self-care practices, mindful breathing, and meditation, I embraced my journey and created a life I truly love now.
Through The Self-Care Haven, I share the tools and insights with other moms, empowering them to restore balance, nurture self-love, and thrive.

This community is for moms at all stages of motherhood who want to prioritize self-care, find a sense of balance, and connect with like-minded women in a nurturing environment.
Each week, we focus on a different theme around self-care, mindfulness, and personal wellness. Sessions include a guided meditation, a check-in, and time for sharing and support.
Our weekly sessions typically last 30–45 minutes, but you can engage as much or as little as you want outside of these sessions. The community is here to support you on your schedule.
No experience is needed! Our sessions are beginner-friendly, and we welcome moms at all experience levels.
Unlike general mom groups, our focus is on self-care and mindfulness. We provide practical tools and resources to help you manage stress, set boundaries, and create joy in your everyday life.
Once you become a member, you’ll receive a link each week to join our live session. You’ll also have access to a library of recorded sessions to revisit any time.
Yes, you can join at your own pace. Recordings of our weekly sessions are available so you can catch up whenever it suits you.
